PVP Matchmaking

Has anyone else noticed PVP matchmaking being broken? I have a decent roster but for the last two events I've been pulling 300+ 5 stars, max champ 4 stars as teams to fight when I have 1 max 4 star and no 3 stars over 185. My 5 stars are useless and 255.
