Bought vip, pending purchase

I purchased vip to give it a shot. It's been twelve hours, I still have the option to purchase it and my credit card has a pending purchase. Not sure what to do, please help me get the VIP or refund, I'd prefer VIP

send in a ticket with a itunes screen shot showing the purchase. They will immediately credit you with all the appropriate items in the vip club. You don't get the benefit of faster healing though

How do I send a ticket? I've never had an issue with this before?
