Moonstone Black teamup not working

I was trying to use my Moonstone teamup a pvp match yesterday when it popped saying there weren't enough tiles on the board for that operation. There were 2 enemy yellow strike tiles right on the board. No matter when I tried to fire it, the popup said NOPE.

I'm going to test it here in a few minutes to see if it happens today.

    Did you read the description of the team up? it may have only been 3 covers.
