How can I transfer data to new phone without facebook?

I need to transfer my data to a new phone and I'm not a facebook user. I tried Helium backup, but that didn't appear to work. After restoring, it still took me straight to the tutorial. I'm logged in with Google Play Games, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Surely there must be a way, right? D3 wouldn't leave out such a basic function, right?

    I think you have to contact customer support. You should be able to file a ticket here.
