Moonstone's Photon Blast

When Moonstone's Photon Blast resolves the total damage decrease doesn't display. Not sure about other powers but I specifically noticed this bug.

    Yeah...the damage occurs, but the amount decreased doesn't display

    Oh, the damage applied to the target! I thought you meant the amount by which the damage was decreased.

    Yeah, folks are reporting that damage values aren't showing up on multiple abilities.

    Sounds like this is a specific example of the more general bug described over here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=46106

    I'm going to lock this thread. If you feel I've misinterpreted the two problem reports and this is a different bug affecting only Photon Blast, PM me and I can unlock it again.
