Choice of crystals instead of 8hr free pack?

I'd love to have an option to get a few crystals every 8 hours instead of a 3 card pack. These packs get my hopes up and leave me bitter afterwards. I'd rather have a small and steady income of something I can actually use down the road.

This is a fantastic idea! Because I loathe opening the free packs with their sweet promises and saddening disappointment, just give us a promise of reward.

I love this idea, but I would rather the old 3 packs. What was it 200 runes for a 3 pack? They could up it now that you get 300 per quick battle instead of 50. Maybe 1200 runes?

I like this idea,
Something needs to be done, for someone who has been playing a while the 3 packs hold almost no value at all, if you get a rare it's a duplicate or in my case another canopy vista and I am yet to see a mythic from one although statistically surely I am due one.
They are good for new players and to complete the odd common or uncommon we're missing buts that's all.
Please give us the choice to get crystals instead so we can save up for new planes walkers or to buy new packs from new sets because surely as the new sets come out the chances of getting something worthwhile out of a free mixed pack are going to get less and less.

Definitely unlucky, to say the very least...I get close to reaching that same ennui, pack after pack, and then I suddenly pull a Rare out of nowhere. Hang in there, Plastic.
