How to retaliate?

Sorry if this is a super newbish question but i see everyone arround here talking about retaliating.. and i have no ideea how to do that. i have been knocked off from the top 50 places numerous times and i always had to find new targets, i never saw an option to retaliate.

Is this a specific setting ? do you retaliate from inside the game or from some specific notifications? Maybe i have it disabled somehow ?

Hope someone can clear up this small issue for me icon_e_biggrin.gif

    The screen where you choose your target. Yellow circle means new target, red is someone to retaliate.
