Lack of HP in PVE node rewards

Honest question, why are there no HP prizes to earn except for progression and placement?

There are a few exceptions (Deadpool event comes to mind; are they still in the Hunt?), but other than that, HP are blatantly missing from the rewards.

It would seem only logical to include 25 HP rewards here and there (or make it crazy: 50 HP!); after all, you also have a chance at winning CP in 2 nodes each sub. Maybe as a prize in the 3* required node?

Somehow I doubt that the game's revenue will come crashing down if there's 100-200HP extra to be earned each week.

    These are the guys that think 79 iso and critical boosts are appropriate rewards for high level hard nodes. The question really answers itself.
