Why have Eldrazi cards when colorless mana NEVER shows?

I can never use my cards abilities because there is no such thing as the colorless mana EVER, can't recall ever seeing it in story, might have been in the zendicar fights but I haven't done them in awhile and they NEVER show in BP so, why did you even add these awesome looking cards when you will never get to really use their abilities?

    Eldrazi don't need colorless mana to use their abilities.
    You can still create colorless mana though. It's not really colorless, they are void gems. You create them by using Ingest cards.
    Colorless mana doesn't exist and there are no cards that need it.

    The issue with Eldrazi is that they are devoid, but devoid is not colorless and this breaks the synergy between them.
    They said they are investigating it and they might change it.

    I think they should just go ahead and do it. I can't see it breaking the game too much, but even if it does, it'll create a brand new metagame for QuickBattle, just like when Chandra was buffed (and ended up being extremely overpowered).
