New 2* and 3* char

Please introduce some new 2* and 3* characters, the 4 stars are fun, if not hard to get, and the 5 star chars are a joke. Would be nice to see some new blood on the lower end. And as a side note if the 5* start becoming required for an event, that is when I give up this game. I have played almost 3 years now and the 5* were the worst decision since the healing didn't carry over.
