Blade's Nightstalker not working in EotS wave nodes?

I have two Blade CD tiles on the board, but when they activate, they don't seem to steal the goons' red AP.

    I'm seeing a similar thing. I think the problem is that Teisatsu's colors are all the same value, because I noticed that black was stolen once, even though Blade's countdown tile says red.
