Use them for tokens or to raise levels on my 3* heroes?

    Save them for the Legendary tokens.

    btw download the LINE app from the store and add us!
    Ask in game chat most of Earth Alliance chat there with a lot of tips/advice too.

    Use them for Classic Tokens, but only when you have a good amount of champed 3*.

    It depends. Usually save them for tokens, but I have used them for 3*s a couple times when it would result in getting a token. I had Iron Fist at 5/4/3 with a cover for his power at level 5 in my pending covers. I used CP to get one of the other covers so I could champion him, then used the pending cover to get a Legendary token from his first champion level.
