Please make 7 day Story Mode events give appropriate rewards

Every time a 7 day event comes up I feel like I just lost 25 command points plus extra rewards. Versus events are always 3 days long and give consistent rewards. Story mode events that last 7 days do not give the same amount of rewards as a 3 day plus a 4 day event even though they take the same amount of time and effort.
