Alliance chat is working for few of us only (presumably those on ios).

I also heard android lollipop breaks mpq? not so sure about it since i'm juggling with many balls now. haha.

Anyway guys, if you are reading the forum, just play pvp per usual.

Shadow said there isn't any rubberband for TaT, and there's just no way for us to grind all of those, so might as well join late and grind for 1-2 days.

Hopefully the alliance chat bug will be fixed asap.

Still having issues with the alliance chat bug... so weird to be so quiet there. Anyhoos I was out station with limited data connection, was unable to play much for PVP and PVE.

Am back home now but I have no juicy targets after passing the 500 pts mark. Anyone else with this issue? Which is the best time slot to end?

BTW with the changes to Hood, is better to have him at 3/5/5 now rather than 5/5/3?

Hey team,

I'm gonna post quite long here, just to re-iterate what has been said in in-game-chat. Just correct me if i got it wrong.

Thanos was asking if we can get some members temporarily replaced just for the current heroics because otherwise we wont be able to finish top 100. The answer to that isn't as simple as yes or no.
We actually can replace low scorers temporarily just for this heroics, but the thing is we need to make sure that we gonna finish top 100, it's also hard to gauge our ranking properly since the introduction of time slicing in pve. Otherwise we will waste our effort.
However, i'm fine if some of you want to merc out for a while in case if you really desire the new character.

Another reason is that we've become a pvp-focused alliance, so we wont grind for pve unless the reward is too good to pass. (for example, 4* reward)
Honestly, for me personally, i will stay casual for PvE, probably just play here and there for iso and some progression reward.

The other thing was, Shadow basically pointed out that some of us need to communicate more. There are few of us that doesn't do that and we are gonna replace them. Our current quota is 600 for transitioners and 800 for the rest.
Many of us has 553 xforce, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Lastly, just a friendly reminder, A-Force has become a PvP-focused alliance since few seasons ago. Our vision should be to maintain better than average standing in PvP while occasionally grind for pve. We should only focus on 1 aspect to get better investment of our playing time. The main reasons for this decision were:
1. to be able to play mpq for a long term and thus avoid burnout.
2. PvP offers more rewards for less effort. Optimally, we can get 4 covers/8000 iso/300 hp by getting to top 5 personal and top 25 alliance. All in 2,5 days. if you join late, you can get that in less than 1 day. So naturally, you'll get stronger faster than pve.
3. We can always get the new cover in pvp, just a little later than others.

Some of us has agreed to stay focus in PvP and play casually in PvE. If any of you got anything to say, please dont be shy to post.

*For those who really wants to get the alliance cover in PvE, you can merc out if you want to, but kindly let us know beforehand. I'd also want to hear what others say about this.

Guys, my opinion on pvp & pve.

Pvp
Event time - 2.5 days
Rewards - 1 (4*) + 4 (3*) + 8000iso + 300hp + additional iso from selling covers & 20iso per battle (~6k iso extra i think)
Effort - roughly i need around 1.5hours to reach above 800pts for each pvp

Pve
Event time - 4 to 7 days (roughly)
Rewards - 1 (4*) + 4 (3*) + ~3000iso + 300hp + additional iso& hp from nodes completion (~10k iso + ~300hp extra i think)
Effort - roughly i need around 21hours to grind ( 1hour for each refresh every 8 hours)

Pvp and pve rewards more or less the same, but pve require high amount of focus, effort and playtime. so, if we play casually in pve, we still can gain the extra iso + hp

My answer is yes. I vote for pvp focus.
