When to start opening Legendary Tokens...

...specifically, how many champed 3*s is a comfortable number to have rostered so as not to screw up my scaling with a 5*?

    I think if you're regularly hitting 800 in PvP and it just feels like you're ready to go after 1k, then start opening those tokens to start your 4* transition.

    IMO it's not only question how many, but also which ones. So I'm not going to open any LT or spend any CP until I have almost all S and A tier 3 star.png from the list https://d3go.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=43370 championed.
    Same time I believe it make no sense to pen just a few LTs, as one cover 5 star.png characters create more problems than giving benefits. So I will not open any, until I have at least 100 of them. Earning 200 CP per month is not a problem, so it's not a very long run.
