Venom bomb points bug?

I checked the points before I played the node with 98 points, I got only 96 points after the match.
I can't believe it then I went for another node with 156 points, after the game I collected only 154 points.
This morning I joined venom bomb and did a full fresh round, my points were 10 to 20 points less those who done the same clear.
Any explanation?

    I am seeing some odd things with points, too. I haven't paid too much attention to the points awarded after each fight, but my leaderboard has a lot of variation, after only a single full clear. I'm currently 19th (joined #160), but there isn't a single player from #1 thru #23 with the same score. Some at the top have likely cleared nodes more than once early, but there are little variations from 1 to 10 points between each score. Is it a point reward problem, as OP noted, or some sort of mild rubberbanding (or both)?

    Yes, the points varied from 1 to 10 points which is not possible if we did the same clear.
