Recruit Heroes Bug

I earned 3 Standard tokens from the last Hulk event.

But when I go to the Recruit Heroes section, it only shows the New Heroes page. I cannot access the other pages.

This was after downloading the latest update.

Also getting the blank event page as others have mentioned before.
