Currently rank 40 at Thor. Guys, question about Heroic Mode: Round 2. Are chars the same allowed as in 1st event(Thor*** and co)? Is it worth it to wait for entering event for at least 12 hours and to avoid all the eager to play players who enter fast and to get info much more easyer tier to get better ranking?

Most of the high lever players enter with 8 hours remaining so they they can get the best out of rubberbanding (if you ate way below first place each node is worth way more than if you were 5 ranks away from first place. I find it better to join later on because you get more out of nodes. But if you have the time to grind every node down to 0 points then you will have no problem joining 12 hours late and getting in the to 20s.

Rubberbanding affects how many points you get initially per node depending on your ranking in the tourney. Then the points decrease until you hit 0 and then ot refreshes after a period of time I'm not sure on the refresh rate

Example: lets say you join late rubberbanding might give you 900 points for one node as suposed to someone who has been participating they would only get 200

I got top 25 I wish I had made my push last night, not this morning. #1 was only 800, so it was definitely reachable. Highest I went was 700ish before I ran out of health packs. Didn't shield cause I'm trying to save them for another alliance slot.

I ended up top 5. I played last night with 8 hours to go and the tournament was dead, as it was the middle of the night. No one was online. I didn't get attacked until I was in the 700s and was able to get into the 800s pretty easily to shield up.

I still cant figure out MMR ranking formula, is it a mix of match wins, character health( PVE), in match skill and or taking into account your roosters characters levels..lol....
After seed fight all my matchs are around 140ish 3 stars with maybe a OBW at 85 giftwrapped.In PVE im trying to drop MMR as ive killed last 5 and lack the characters, lvl 89 IMO, 85 cap and 17 M. storm aint touching lvl 150 goons unless there hammer..Doubt it will help once i start grinding next event..lol

I got my first 1st place. Think the crash helped stop 2nd or 3rd place from sniping me

Was running OBW and daken for the last 8 hours. Found it to be surprisingly good - no major damage skills, but the strike tile and double hit from OBW espionage skill really splashed out the damage. And it seemed to do well for defence, I had no defeats since I made the switch to this team and even got some successful defends.
(Think my mmr does not pit me up against full 3* teams yet and my Thor is 2/2/2 so that probably helps).

Anyone else found any other good but unusual combinations of characters?

Best ive seen and working towards is C. Magneto, spidey and Pun. or Patch, Hulks tanky but no strike tiles and most other combos leave Purple ap lacking or nil, GSOBW's good and covers spideys blue, but she begs to be killed repeatly and make you a target and Loki's to low on HP and kills strike/ web tiles.For me now its prob. Pun, spidey and hulk (5 on black), sub-ing hulk for boosted/required.

Thanks. I got lucky sorting out my 2* roster just before they started making them a little thinner in prizes. And basically built my OBW from the start of the hulk event.

That's my first x-force cover (there is only wulverine out for d-force right?)
Wanting to work on a c.mags + pun combo. Mostly as I managed to get hold of mags covers and punisher seems to be the popular progression reward 3* cover for the big PvE events. As well as being a solid dude.

What do people think to the Devine event? Lots of people seem to be complaining about it in the discussion forum. But I'm thinking he'd be a pretty good stepping stone for the evil lightning rounds.
And if people are tanking it then maybe a better chance of that invisible woman cover...

I already got all my Doom covers, yet to get him past 105 with everyone needing roughly 2k iso each level, and its mainly set=up for a 2 star rooster as far as buffed charaters, my higest is lvl 83 Ares( w/o buffs).Get my progressoin points then land at below 5oth, just to keep cover from rotation.Most 120+ day's players will tank this come tommorow. IW once above 150ish is Divine, that yellow immunity is godmode if done right i got her as 0Y/0B/5G found 2 and won 3(always find 4 stars in everyday standards).Yea Wolvie sex/voilence cover is only x=force.
