With the number of characters approaching 100, it is already uncorfortable to select characters by scrolling on sets of 8 icons before starting a fight. You could easily fit three rows for a total of 24 icons without even having to make them smaller, so could could reach all your chars with way less clicks.

On a similar way, I find myself using some teams with regularity (couple deadpool daily teams, anti AP stealers team...); it would be great if you could add set adjustable teams that we could sabe and load on a click in the prebattle screen.
