Lower 2* draw rates in Event Tokens

Event Tokens take a lot of effort to win, so it's frustrating when you mostly draw 2*s. I would love to crank down the 2* draw rate and crank up the 3* draw rate a lot and the 4* draw rate a little.

You can even raise the price in HP to buy event tokens, now that they're more valuable! I'd rather spend more HP for a higher guarantee of better prizes than less HP for a draw that will most likely just be a 2*.
