2* covers and vault rewards

The other day I pulled a 2*ISO reward from the DDQ vault. This awards you with 1500 ISO? I'd take that over a 2* cover any day!

However, I sense a slight discrepancy there, because it's rated at the same level as a 2* cover. Let's be honest: for a lot(¹) of the MPQ players, 2* cover rewards are only worth 250 ISO. Maybe a champion level at best; and champion rewards for 2*s are, on average, not worth much more than 250 ISO either.

It's even 'worse' for 3*. Did you notice a 3* ISO reward from the vault is worth 5K ISO?

I'd like the rewards to be a bit more balanced, so I propose any or all of these fixes:

• Increased selling prices for covers all around. Yeah right
• Increased selling prices for covers of max championed characters.
• Provide some kind of mechanism for restarting the champion reward cycle without having to sell off the character and restarting it from scratch. I'd really like to see this, because even the 2* reward cycle eventually yields a few CP again, which would make 2* covers a lot less useless.
• Decrease the number of 2* covers in all vaults by replacing half (maybe more?) with ISO rewards. Do we *really* need 175/300 2* covers in Taco vaults, and 54/80 2* covers in the smaller vaults?

(¹): Of course I don't have any stats, but since 2* covers are so easy to obtain I'm sure it must be a majority.
