House Party Protocol firing with only 6 Yellow AP

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who is desperately trying to deny Yellow AP to Iron Man in the Civil War event. Denying him reaching 8 has not been an insurmountable goal most of the time, barring that time that he got SIX (?!) crit tiles from what started as a 3-tile match, netting 15 Yellow at once (and killing my OML on round 1).

Playing this way means that I've been keeping careful tabs on how much Yellow AP the computer has, and four times today I have seen House Party fire off after he gets 6. The first time I figured I must have just miscounted, so I've doubled down on tracking his AP every turn, and verified that it's happening at 6 each of the other times. This has made the event practically unwinnable every time it has happened, because it's just too much blocking against my heavy attacks too early.

Please fix this. I want to go back to feeling like I'm playing a tough-but-fair game!
