Can't access the Hulk events!

Yesterday (or late this night, at 01.00 AM, I'm on GMT +1), the four "Hulk sighting" events ended. I fought like crazy to keep my rankings but to no avail. After that, my teams were "dead tired" (so to speak) and I were out of health packs, so I couldn't participate in the two upcoming events presented on the world map after that. "Well, no matter", I thought, "those events will be there when I wake up and I will have plenty of time to play them and the two side events connected to them".

However, upon waking up the next morning, I noticed that the two events were gone! After just six hours! o_O

Also, there were a new event, but for the whole day now, I haven't been able to play that one because the game reports that it can't connect to the server. Even stranger, I have been able to play a fight in "The Hood" event, so obviously the game CAN connect to the server...or at least one server...but not all servers?

Anyone else having these problems? Does anyone know what's going on? It's quite boring not being able to continue with the Hulk event. I feel I might lose way too many points over this issue...

Same problem here, infact I've had the main hulk mission bugged for nearly 2 days. I've sent in an email and ticket inquiry but from past experience, I don 't expect a response back.
Unfortunately most game companies/developers end up putting customer service on the backfoot after they start seeing the games popularity going up and start seeing the income.

Im in the same situation. I can play lightning rounds and hood event, but do not see the rounds in the Hulk to unlock the new maps. There is 1 round available but doesnt show any prizes and when i try to play, says can not connect to server. Very upsetting because im ranked pretty high so im falling behind fast since i cant accumulate any more points.

Right after the game updated the Hulk event was gone and now the recruit heroes section won't let me claim my 2 rewards

So right now the 2 sub events just ended (can't remember the names), and I went to the main event to see what I can do to open up the new sub event.
I see only one available which is "A New Ally", but when I try to play it, won't let me access it and says I'm not connected.
I can play the lightning round that's up and the "predator and prey" event though...
Being with only 2 days left in hulk event, I'd like to keep my spot to get a gold Thor and now I run into this
Did you guys have it fixed? Is this happening to anyone else right now?

I've already gone from sub 1000s to almost 3000.

I'm having a similar issue right now.

My subevents (Bolivia & Nevada) are still playable but all nodes except "Osborne's New Scheme" and "A New Ally" have disappeared from the main map. Trying to play "A New Ally" gets you the "cannot connect to server" message. "Osborne's New Scheme" still seems playable for 300 points.

I don't know if I will get new nodes when these subevents end tonight.

I can also verify that when I played "A New Ally" originally, I got the standard green Hulk cover.

I played the "New ally" mission and got a cover but wasn't aware that it was mistakenly put up. That should be their problem, not ours.
I'm in the same boat as most and have dropped of 2.5k ranks which has dropped me a prize ranking because it was bugged for 48 hours.
Will be interesting to see what happens with this when the events over...

It's not that, or at least not that straightforward -- I did get the reward early, and haven't had this bug.

My game FINALLY works again! Just a little while ago, I was able to play that "new ally" mission and then several more missions opened up, which I have now also played but from the start of this bug up until now, my ranking has dropped from 3100-ish to 14800-ish. No hope in getting up there and fight to get those Thor covers. Okay, they're not that important to me right now, I'm in more need of three Wolverine covers (so actually I shouldn't play too much now, I will earn more just be trying to have the right ranking when the event ends) but still...the bug has been disastrous and it's good to know I wasn't the only one that got hit by this, I would have felt very lonely then.

I got a response from the support quite quickly about this bug but they requested more info from me, which I sent, and after that they have been dead silent. Since I missed at least two sub-events (maybe more?) and more than three days worth of gameplay, I have made a request for compensation but I have no way of knowing how much iso, how many boosts and tokens and maybe even hero points I have missed now.

I really hope they will compensate us for this, because this was in now way our fault (how were we to know that some event mistakenly opened up too early wasn't to be played?) and it was a HUGE bug (no way to know how many players were affected by it).

Would be very nice to hear from the support, or from IceIX, on this issue. What caused it and will we be compensated? We definitely should.

I strongly urge all of you who was struck by this bug, to contact the support and demand that you'll be compensated for this.

At the moment, I have 16 hours and 30 minutes left to play this event and I'm at 112192 points, ranked 12683. Remains to be seen how much more I can gain. Had I been able to play the whole time, I would have tried to get those Thor covers, but now I'll just aim for three Wolverine covers and be done with it.

I expect to be compensated generously for this huge failure on D3's part. Something like 20000 iso, 20 standard tokens, 10 heroic tokens and 100 hero points would do the trick for me (and 10 boosts, added as an edit after another member pointed out that we also missed boosts). If they don't compensate at all, I will probably leave this sh*tty game, because I've HAD it with bugs such as this one. I played a lot for several days and now it feels like it was just a huge waste of time. Thanks for nothing so far, D3...compensate me generously or lose a player and get a really bad review for this.

New Ally opened up for me as well, but like everyone has said, no way i can climb back up in the rankings. Just got up to 120k points to get a punisher cover, but i know i could have gotten all the progession awards, not to mention all the rewards i could have earned in the sub events. I sent a ticket in on the 11th and here it is 3 days later and have received no response besides the automated one. Makes me wonder if they go through all of them. Temped to submit again but dont want to seem too pushy. I think Daige's compensation package sounds about right to me, but youre also leaving out all of the boost you would have won also, and we also need to be compensated for the reward for the main event. Those affected need to be awarded prizes for several tiers where they are currently at. If anyone from d3p is reading this, dont let this misshap scar your image, rather use it as an opportunity to be the hero and treat your customers how they deserve to be treated. It will go a long way in getting some positive reviews in the app store. Thanks again

I wasn't sure if I would be able to reach that last Punisher cover, so I didn't have any hope for that, but the 8000 iso on 140000 points seemed realistic. I'm in reach of it...sort of...but I will miss it by 1000-5000, points I would easily have gotten, had I been able to play these days. It's still "just" iso, but missing 8000 iso by so little...it hurts. And also, all the iso I would have got in the different missions, and the tokens. Well, mildly put, I'm disappointed.

Yeah, I know I didn't mention the boost (other than very briefly in one of my sentences) but that was because I don't really care about the boosts, but I know others do. If we get any compensation at all, it definitely should consist of a hefty amount of iso+tokens+boosts and maybe even some hero points.

Getting reeeally tired of this now...

The initial mail I sent got a fast reply, demanding more info about the issue. I sent that info but after that, I have got no response at all, despite the fact that I have sent several e-mails after that.

Today I sent a final mail, declaring that I utterly hate D3 for treating me like **** when they neither helped me nor compensated me (having your rank fall from 3000 to 14000 without having a realistic chance to get up there and fight with the others again, not getting Modern Thor, getting shut out of several missions and events only because of that and so on). I declared that I will quit the game and start spreading sh*t about the game and how little they actually care about their players. Which I also will do. Both old and new players deserve to know that D3 don't care about them at all. The customer service has obviously given up and don't even care about helping us players.

I don't expect an answer to that mail either.

This game is over for me, and D3 made it so.
