Add an 'Events' category instead of overloading in 'Story'

Rather than lumping special events into 'Story' - how about adding an 'Events' tab at the top alongside Prologue, Story, Versus. Run special stuff like: Civil War, Galactus, Ultron, and other TBD 'boss' style events under that heading.
While I'm in a wishing mood - let's also run a regular PVE at the same time. Just never for a new character while a special event is running, please.
