Fetch vs draw

Sphinx's Tutelage does not trigger when a card is fetched by Anticipate. Is that by design or a bug?

    Design. Fetch was not initially part of the game - it was added when confusion came up when some cards were not triggering "on draw" effects. So this is an intentional design mechanic for better clarification. Drawing a card of your choice from a specific restriction would be a Fetch mechanic, while just drawing a card from your deck is not.
