gideon, ally of zendikar 3rd ability bug

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar's 3rd ability is bugged. I have him at level 52 where his 3rd ability (Rally the Troops) should give +4/+4 to EACH ALLY creature. During my latest story battle, I had Lantern Scout and Kor Entanglers in play. Both are Ally creature types. I cast Rally the Troops. However, only my Lantern Scout (whom was in the first position) received the +4/+4. Kor Entanglers (ally creature) received no benefit from Rally. Then, I lost a tight game. Lol. Has anybody else experienced this? This is the second time I've noticed this bug. First time I assumed I was mistaken but not this time.
