Add some command points to the SHIELD Simulator

Nice and easy: How about adding some command Points to the SHIELD simulator? I realize you get a fourstar cover at 2000 Points, but a few command Points on the way there would be nice too. I suggest 5 Command Points at 1800 Points, since two consecutive ISO rewards aren't terribly exciting.

    I would go a step further for the simulator. I think move the 4* to 1800 and put 25 CP at the 2000.
