is there a list predicting 4* reward (1k /top placement)

As the question states, is there a list anywhere that predicts the rewards. I know that they go in an alphabetical order (does the word "the" count?), but I am not sure if there is a list that predicts the color.

Once a reward is given as a top placement reward, the next 1000 reward will be that character's next color. But D3 doesn't keep it simple (i.e. always first power), which makes it difficult to me to keep track of. I wonder if any of you whiz kids out there have done the hard work and calculated this, and I am just not aware . Thanks!

Just for reference, for recent events, including IF, Luke and Psylocke events:

Quake's 1st power
RHulk's 2nd power
Sam Wilson's 1st power
Spider Woman's 1st power
Star Lord's 3rd power
Thing's 2nd power

Very inconsistent.
