See what I mean?
he's CLEARLY deflecting the damage with his shield and yet the whole team took damage from that attack! What the minipuppy, Demiurge? Get this fixed!

    Come on, that explosion is clearly behind his shield and in front of his face. No wonder the team took damage. Faster reflexes next time, Cap!

    Actually, since that's a single-target attack, it's clear that Cap actually is deflecting the damage... Onto his own team.

    So Cap's not broken. He's just being a ****.
