Creatures Big Box 1050 Crystal deducted, no product received

This morning I paid 1050 Crystal for a Creatures Big Box in the Vault. I received the error message, "Error connecting to the server, please check your Internet connection." I hit the retry button, and this time I got the error message "Something went wrong..."

Next, I switched from cellular data to Wi-Fi and hit the retry button, again "Something went wrong..." Then I restarted the game. I saw that my account now had 10 crystal (instead of the 1060 crystal that I had before) with no new cards in my inventory.

My 1050 crystal includes 600 crystal that I purchased with $25.00 through iTunes (one $19.99 purchase for 500 crystal, and another $4.99 purchase for 100 crystal). The issue could be resolved by either crediting 1050 crystal to my account, or awarding me the Creatures Big Box that I intended to buy. Thank you.

    I think the fastest way to get a response is to contact support via settings in the game app. Generally they've responded to me within a day for an initial response.

    I've also experienced a similar issue with the errors described and support helped resolve it pretty quickly.
