Heroic tokens (basic)

Yo!

Am i the only one in this game losing out on basic hc token reward?

Simple example: levelling 2 championed heroes, both giving the heroic token reward. Only recieving one of them, this happens to me alot more often then i am comfortable with.

Do i have to make a ticked about it?
Its only basic hc tokens but still, they give covers.
