Can I stream MPQ from my android device to JTV/Twitch?

I'm wondering if I can do a stream from my android device to JTV, Twitch, Ustream or whatever?

I have several android devices and I'm looking to do this without a root if possible.

    Is this some sort of trap? Like, to catch all the people who have enough time in their lives to watch someone play a match 3 game they can play themselves for free and make them do something productive instead?

    I believe so, with an mhl or slimport cable and a video capture device of some sort. People stream PAD on Twitch all the time.
