5 Stars in The Big Enchilada?

Were we always able to use 4 and 5 stars in this or is this another new bug today?

    Always have been able to use them.

    Though it -would- make sense if they lock them out there, make another two nodes where 4*'s are required to unlock and likely to beat the final node, then have a daily 4* DDQ. I mean...there are as many 4*'s as 3*'s when daily 3* DDQ started.
