Vision: Light density affects Winter Soldier

Happened in two games the other night - whenever Vision would spam his Light density, the countdown tile would also prevent Winter soldier from taking damage.

    I'm in a Simulation game against a Vision and he's definitely providing AOE protection for his other two team members. Was expecting to take out to characters with a Scarlet Witch purpleflag.png, but ended up doing only 500 points of damage each.

    The language on Visions' yellowflag.png Light Density implies that only he takes less damage - is it supposed to cover everyone?

    Bug. There are multiple threads about this already. It also affects his blue tile, elektra's shadow step, and IM46 house party (and possibly others)
