What is D3/Hibernum going to do about the 8 hour pack I won't get today? I always get 3. Today will be 1 or 2.

What is D3/Hibernum going to do about me not having a chance to compete in the quick battle event I am in? I just joined before the maintenance began. I have zero shot of getting any rewards due to the maintenance.

You guys need to consider this kind of stuff going forward.

Pro tip: don't have quick battle events on maintenance day.

Pro tip: figure out a way so that your maintenance doesn't mess up the 8 hour packs.

Warnings regarding maintenance periods are posted beforehand (generally 24 hours or more), both in-game, in the forums, and in the News section of the FAQ.
