Quicksilver locking two tiles

I was playing a PVP with an opponent that had Quicksilver on his team. It was the AI's turn, the screen flashed "Fists of Fury" with the new title card, a locked, Quicksilver's FoF animation played, then another tile locked. I downed QS with my next move, so I don't know if I just mis-saw something, or if its a glitch.

Thought I should post about it.

Fists of fury makes an existing locked tile 'jiggle' and the locks another. I don't know why. It's been that way since the QS update

Is that what was happening? Odd, I never noticed that before. One less bug for them to fix!
