Checked the vault, nothing there. All I got was the 10 cards for his deck.

    Same here... I also checked in the inventory: no new cards at all! :/

    Same for me. There was a screen stating I had earned a blue fat pack but it has not shown up.

    I have the same problem. Submitted a support ticket, with a screen shot. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

    Personally I think the bug is more about not showing the button to claim than not having it.
    If this is the case they can fix it easily.
