When will IM46 & Super Soldier be added to LT?

Title pretty much sums it up.

So when will IM46 and Super Soldier be added to draw?

I've got 10LT's waiting.... icon_lol.gif

For my 8% draw rate NOT to get one.

    After second run of Civil War, they'll remove phoenix from the latest LT's and also move Spidey to Classic. Once they put in IM and Cap and move BSS odd are 2.5% for a 5* for both packs.

    After the second run of CW, IM46 and Cap rotate into the Latest Legends and Phoenix and Spidey rotate out with Spidey going into the Classic Legends.
    IM46,Cap and GG will be at 3.3% and OML,Phoenix,Spidey and Surfer will be at 2.5%.
