'Fast token summoning animations' option

Summoning tokens takes a long time, especially 6 or 8 of them. I understand that it's possible that each token being summoned may trigger an ability, and that new players to the game may need time to absorb what's happening... but us old hands do get rather bored sitting through these extended animations!

A suitable solution to this problem would therefore seem to be a 'fast animations' option which is off by default for new players.
