What happens to classic legend odds after IM/Cap added?

If I missed it I'm sorry - but what happens to classic legends odds when more than 3 5* are added after the second run of Civil War?
Will the 5* pool be diluted (I assume this is the case) or will odds for 5* be raised above 10% (unlikely but a guy can dream)....or (yikes) will they start to vault older 5* ?

    Wouldn't really make sense to do anything but dilute the pool. Otherwise classic tokens would be way way way better for 99% of players.

    2.5% odds all around since they'll be 4 5*'s in both packs

    I don't think there has been an official statement on this yet, but 2.5% all around makes the most sense given how demiurge operates. . .

    Latest Legends pack now: Phoenix, Goblin and Black Suit Spidey - 3.3%

    Classic Legends pack now: Phoenix, Surfer and OML - 3.3%

    After the 2nd run of the Civil War Event:

    Latest Legends: Goblin, Cap and IM46 - 3.3%

    Classic Legends: Phoenix, Surfer, OML and Black Suit Spidey - 2.5%

    After the second run of the event, Steve Rogers (First Avenger) and Iron Man (Mark XLVI) will be added to the Latest Legends packs replacing Jean Grey (Phoenix) and Spider-Man (Back in Black). Spider-Man (Back in Black) will be added to the Classic Legends pack.
