3-star hero leveling costs change with Iso-8 in bank

I noticed that for all 3-star heroes, the displayed cost to level a particular hero would increase as I gain ISO-8 in bank.

For example, say that my ISO-8 bank is empty. The displayed cost to level my Doctor Doom to level 166 would be around 76,000. I would play a bit to get about 6,000 ISO-8 in the bank. I would recheck the cost to max out Doctor Doom, and the cost has now increased to 80,000.

This has happenned to all 3-star heroes for a few months now.

This does not occur with 2-star heroes.

    The button shows you the cost to level that hero as far as they can go with the ISO you have on hand plus either a $100 purchase or the smallest purchase that will max them out, if $100 would be overkill. As your ISO on hand rises, that number will also rise, because math.
