Did everyone in customer service take a vacation?

Seriously, I've been waiting for a reply from them for like 2 weeks! I love this game don't make me quit out of spite and loathing!

  • I hope they plan on coming back soon because I've submitted multiple claims and still no response. I just checked the date of my first claim and it was Feb 19... ya.

    I just stopped submitting claims after the 4th time I was rewarded a standard token instead of a heroic token for the PvE tournaments. I'm definitely not comfortable dropping money into the game if there's not going to be any support.
  • Well I hope they went somewhere sunny and warm. They should be well rested and ready to answer claims.

    I gotcha beat. Ive been waiting since 2/14 for a reply on various problems. Then I've got another open ticket from 2 weeks ago about receiving the wrong token.
