Can you see the Facebook account linked to MPQ in-game?

I linked my MPQ to a Facebook account back when they introduced Command Points. I'm not a Facebook user, so created an account specifically to link MPQ to.

Now, I'm switching to a new device and need this info to bring my MPQ account onto the new phone. Too bad I forgot which email I used to create the Facebook account!

Is there a way for me to see the Facebook account associated with my MPQ account within the game itself?

Do I have any other options for bringing my MPQ account to the new device?

I've contacted customer support about this twice now and both times was asked to provide my Facebook ID to further help them...
