Why are QB rewards sometimes double?

Prior to BfZ, I noticed that the mana crystal brackets in QB were sometimes 10/20/30 crystals and sometimes 20/40/60. Since then, I've noticed QBs where the top reward was 500 crystals and where it was 250. Why is this?

    Week end QB have better reward cause last 3 days(instead of normal 2).
    This week end is an exception cause the 1st prize is a pwalker.

    Yes, the first weekend we featured double rewards and had Garruk as the top prize this past weekend. We look forward to doing more of these type of fun offerings during the weekends in the coming weeks. Thanks for your question!
