What time does the Hulk sub events start/end?

Usually most of the events start or end at 1am/pm (GMT+8) for me.

However last night the first Hulk sub event ended at 2am, and the current one will end at 3am or 4am. To those living in EST time zone, do these events start at 12 noon or 1pm EST?

    They seem to have a 25 hour 20 minute timer on them or somesuch, based on the fact that yesterday's ended at 1:20 PM for me, and today's will end at 2:40. Means people who sperg all-out could get in 4 refreshes.

    Not sure if this was confirmed or not? There was some questioning whether the refresh period might be 25:20 divided by 3, or just under 8 and a half hours.

    looks like it's really around 25 hours or 25 hours 30 minutes... the 3rd sub event ends at the ungodly hour of 5am for me. Might be kissing my Hulk team tokens bye bye since the sub bracket is so competitive.
