Alliance Defeat The Purpose of Sandboxing.

I really like the way this game deal with cheaters. Putting them in an alternate game world where they will continue to play without affecting other legitimate players. This is better than just deleting/banning their account since they will just make another and cheat on. But this only work if cheater don't know that they got sandboxed.
I am not sure if this is the case but with the recent addition of alliance, cheaters have a way of noticing that they are actually sandbox since sandbox player cannot join alliance.

A prime example of this is the guy mention in this post:

Most people are not sure if he cheated or if he just spend a lot of money but now i am 200% sure that he is a cheater. I wanted to compare stats for a few max out 3* so i search for him through his alliance. I notice that his name is now KILL SUPERMAN(this guy must have some serious hate against DC Comic). So i guess what happen here is that the dev found out that he was cheating, sandbox him and remove him from his alliance. He then realize that he is now isolated so he just delete his old account and make a new one.

It's good to know that cheater are being deal but there is now a flaw in the system.
