Have to thank Mr. IceIX for his help today for what he did.

Firstly, i was missing 3 assault tokens from last week. I emailed support, sending in my i.d, screenshots of my placing etc etc. I sent them in total 6 emails asking for my tokens. Got no response at all,not even the standard reply(guess they were busy) Anyway this was very annoying and it got even worse today when i got 2 standards instead of heroics.So i emailed ICEIX and explained it. He told me that cause there was no assault tokens he would send me 3 Hulks and 2 Heroics. GREAT I THOUGHT.

Instead, i got 3 heroics and 4 standards, HUHHH WHAT IS THIS MADNESS? So i messaged him again explaining what happened. I don't understand what went wrong that time but ICE went all "nuclear" (his words not mine) and sent me 1000 HP instead.
Which is a big deal to me as i never had more than 500 at any one time.
So not only did i get the HP, i also got to keep the tokens, and pulled my missing last cover for OBW and a Green punisher/ares from them.

All in all, couldn't be happier and cant thank him enough. credit where credits due. So next time you see him,be sure to rub his head as he is a lucky tinnykitty.

Just as a note, I'm NOT Customer Support. I actually don't even have regular access to the tools that I used for Unwise. They try to keep all tools out of all hands so that someone that isn't trained doesn't screw something up (like I actually did) and doesn't go wild due to ignorance of any given group's stance on issues. Please, please make sure you make tickets and go through the normal process. If you don't get a response in a timely manner (should be less than 48 hours although with this last and current rushes of Event token it's been longer) then PM D3PCS. While I love to communicate and help people out on stuff, I unfortunately just don't have time to devote to put on my CS hat.

I feel like even though ICEIX gets no in game advantages, that whenever iceman is released he should be given a lvl 141 Iceman, even though iceman will be a 2* cover to counter the human torch, on the day of it's release.

I'll PM D3PCS as well. I got standard Heroic tokens instead of Assault, but didn't realise it until it was opened. Sent in email and got the standard auto-respond reply but nothing after that.

Question: Do all FINAL sub-events automatically give Heroic tokens instead of the <Events> tokens on high placements due to event token redemption expiration as the PvE ends? I certainly had quite a few of those cases and I thought it was normal.

Why does it even have to get to the point where you need to jump in (rhetorical )? I'm waiting for a reply from D3 since 2/22 about receiving the wrong token(s).
