Bloodbond Vampire resets

Sometimes, after Bloodbond Vampire has gained +1/+1 a few times from its ability, it will reset back to its original 3/3 stats. This doesn't happen often, and I haven't been able to determine a pattern to it yet. It definitely happens in response to things. At least once it happened after my Planeswalker took damage. One time it happened after one of my supports was destroyed by an opponent's Conclave Naturalists (I think the support that was destroyed was Blighted Fen).

After the reset, the Bloodbond Vampire continues to operate normally, still gaining +1/+1 when I gain life.

    This is happening for me as well. I also noticed an interaction between Conclave Naturalists and the buff being reset. I had it happen to me multiple times in a match.
