Victory/Defeat music is controlled by Sound Effects slider

The Victory and Defeat music apparently counts as a "sound effect" and is controlled by that slider, rather than by the "Music" slider as I'd expect. This is especially noticeable when playing with music from another app in the background (thus muting in-game music entirely) - the Victory/Defeat music still plays.
