Or anyone else.
How is it possible for scaling to jump so much?
Situation:
Hulk: Canada III pits me against the three snipers. The first time I played this mission when the event started yesterday these goons were at level 75 or so. I got crushed. I didn't play the mission at all after that. I go to bed and wake up this morning and these guys are at LEVEL 218! And I didn't play it AT ALL. How is this possible? Everyone one of the other missions jumped a lot too, but most not near as much! This jump in enemy levels has rendered this event UNPLAYABLE for me.
What gives?

Scaling is based on global success on the mission. So if the mission has been completed 2000 times by other people it will have scaled up regardless of your own attempts (or lack of).0

Which is normally true yes, but yesterday was NOT scaling.
Scaling means getting higher and higher until you reach the intended target, or lower depending on how tough the missions are. For example for those snipers it would be something like:
75....85....100....115....130 etc etc that's how it should work, NOT:
75....230!!!!! In the space of a minute
That's not scaling, that's just broke0 -

No, it's because the game launched with the old levels and no scaling, so when every single person beat each mission half a dozen times in 30 minutes, when scaling kicked in it bumped up to 230.0 -
Isn't this event completely unbracketted? (I can't check at the moment)
If there's a bracketted component to scaling, it might be working rather differently in this event to the prior ones.0
